The upper-level terrace is ideal for outdoor living, offering residents the opportunity to fully enjoy the surroundings. The challenge in designing this residence was the steep slope of the plot, which required a careful approach to integrate the building into the landscape without altering the natural topography.
Our solution involved adapting the structure to the terrain, allowing it to merge naturally with the land. This approach enabled the building to follow the natural flow of the site, while creating spacious outdoor areas that maximize views and connection to the environment.

The design challenge for our office was the construction addition to a pre-existing building from 1940, with the primary objective being the functional and aesthetic integration of the new building components, as well as the harmonization of the new building structure with the rugged geomorphology of the land. Based on these parameters, the final proposal is developed across three levels, with each level featuring an outdoor relaxation space.
