Located just a few meters from the seafront, Nisia Hotel is a modern hospitality complex designed to offer both privacy and community. The architecture consists of a vertical arrangement of cubic volumes, articulated through recessed balconies, pergolas, and a rhythmic alternation of solids and voids.

The 27-room complex is defined by a palette of light beige and blue accents, evoking the island’s natural tones while maintaining a clean, contemporary character. Large openings and shaded terraces frame views toward the pool, garden, and sea, ensuring both functionality and spatial comfort.

A key design element is the ground-level patio, which hosts a relaxed dining area and bar shaded by thatched roofs, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor leisure. The surrounding landscaping with palms, olive trees, and stone paths enhances the Mediterranean identity of the site.

The hotel aims to offer guests a balanced experience of intimacy and openness, tradition and modernity, an architectural expression of relaxed island life.
