Designed by EFTEKTON Architects in the coastal area of Finiki, Arkasa, Karpathos, Arpathea Villas embrace the island's dramatic landscape through a contemporary architectural approach rooted in simplicity, light, and uninterrupted views. Positioned amphitheatrically on the hillside, each villa is carefully oriented towards the Aegean Sea, offering panoramic vistas and memorable sunsets while ensuring privacy and comfort.
The architecture combines clean geometric volumes, natural local stone, white plaster surfaces, and generous glazing to establish a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor living. Private infinity pools, spacious terraces, and shaded outdoor areas become natural extensions of the interior spaces, encouraging year-round enjoyment of the Mediterranean climate.
Inside, bright open-plan living areas, warm natural materials, and carefully framed sea views create a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
