Geros Villa is a contemporary private residence located in Aperi, Karpathos, Greece, designed by EFTEKTON Architects. The 400 sq.m. villa is developed over two levels, combining contemporary Mediterranean architecture with warm natural materials and functional family living.
The ground floor accommodates the main living and dining areas together with three bedrooms, while the lower level includes a private cinema room, playroom, and supporting spaces. The interior architecture follows an open-plan concept that encourages natural flow, flexibility, and everyday comfort.
Natural oak wood, exposed timber ceilings, handcrafted textures, earthy tones, and carefully designed lighting create a calm and timeless atmosphere inspired by the landscape of Karpathos. Contemporary detailing is combined with traditional architectural references, achieving a refined balance between modern design and island character.
The bedrooms and auxiliary spaces adopt a quieter architectural language with built-in furniture, clean lines, and soft lighting that enhance functionality and wellbeing.
