Located on the southern Aegean island of Kasos, this 280 sq.m. private residence is designed to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings. The architecture combines local dry-stone masonry, white plaster volumes, and distinctive blue-framed openings, reinterpreting the traditional architectural language of the Dodecanese through a contemporary design approach.
Carefully positioned to capture panoramic sea views, the residence follows the site's natural topography while responding to the island's climate, orientation, and cultural context. Every design decision was guided by the principles of simplicity, functionality, and environmental sensitivity, allowing the building to integrate naturally into the landscape with a minimal visual footprint.
