Private Villa - Lagonisi, Attica, Greece

Located in Lagonisi, Attica, this 375 sq.m. private villa embodies a contemporary architectural approach defined by clean geometry, functional clarity, and a strong relationship with nature. The design is organized around a central courtyard, bringing natural light, openness, and landscape elements—including a sculptural olive tree—into the heart of the residence.

The architectural composition is expressed through crisp white volumes, generous sliding glazed openings, and carefully framed views that blur the boundary between interior and exterior. The layout emphasizes openness and spatial continuity while ensuring privacy, natural ventilation, and year-round thermal comfort.

Inside, exposed concrete walls and ceilings establish a calm and grounded atmosphere. A restrained palette of natural materials, including wood and stone, is complemented by integrated lighting and custom-built furnishings. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas extend seamlessly onto the pool terrace, creating a fluid indoor-outdoor living experience.

Designed as a contemporary Mediterranean home, the residence celebrates simplicity, natural light, and material authenticity. Every architectural element has been carefully considered to create a timeless living environment where comfort, functionality, and a strong connection to nature coexist in harmony.
